Cynthia R. Scully has joined Jarrard Nowell & Russell LLC as office administrator. Previously, she was an administrative assistant and payroll processor with Pinto Mucenski Hooper VanHouse & Co. CPAs in Massena, N.Y. She has an associate’s degree in business administration from North Country Community College.
