Upstate Business Journal: Keith Corporation starts work on Upstate Trade Center
Frampton Construction Company LLC, a full-service construction firm based in Charleston, announced Jan. 10 that The Keith Corporation, a full-service developer based in Charlotte, has started construction on the Upstate Trade Center, a new, 907,444-square-foot speculative industrial development in Greenville.
Located adjacent to U.S. 25 and the Donaldson Center Airport, the project is comprised of two Class-A industrial facilities. The first building will measure 640,667 square feet with a cross-dock layout and a 36-foot clear height, while the second will measure 266,777 square feet with a rear-loading layout and a 32-foot clear height.
