Charleston, S.C. – Call Experts, a family owned and operated call center focused on providing extensive telecommunications and office-based services to professionals in numerous industry segments, held a 35th anniversary celebration at the company’s headquarters in West Ashley on October 3. The company also celebrated the addition of nearly 10,000 square feet to its headquarters location at 1591 Savannah Hwy, bringing the total square footage there to almost 25,000 square feet to accommodate the company’s growth. Since 1982, the call center has answered over 134 million calls, with roughly 7.3 million calls annually, 20 thousand calls a day and employs roughly 200 people. Call Experts has experienced growth of 129% over the last three years.
The celebration started with opening remarks from Call Experts Founder Michael Leibowitz who introduced Charleston Mayor John Tecklenburg, followed by Charleston County Council Member Brantley Moody, Tim Rogers, Vice President of Membership Development for the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, and closed with comments from Call Experts CEO Abby Leibowitz Pearson.
