Derrick Apple named partner at Jarrard, Nowell & Russell
Charleston, S.C. — Jarrard, Nowell & Russell, LLC, a Charleston-based accounting and business advisory firm, has named Derrick Apple partner.
Apple is a certified public accountant who has been with the firm since 2007, having previously served as both audit manager and senior accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the South Carolina Association of Public Accountants, and also the Charleston Southern University Board of Visitors. Notably, Apple has acted as a marketing committee member for the S.C. Captive Insurance Association, and in 2015, he was named to the E-file Cabinet National Advisory Board. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Charleston Southern University and a master’s degree in accounting from the College of Charleston. A native of Columbia, S.C., Apple currently resides in Mt. Pleasant with his wife and two children.
