Frampton Construction begins work on hotel in Panama City Beach, Florida
Charleston, S.C. — Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, construction services, and sustainability services, is underway on a 124-room TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Panama City Beach, Fla. The St. Joe Company and InterMountain Management, LLC, are development partners for the project.
The approximately 70,000-square foot, four-story hotel will be located on Panama City Beach Parkway adjacent to Frank Brown Park, a 200-acre outdoor recreation facility. The hotel will also provide convenient access to Pier Park, a premier shopping and entertainment destination.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott is an extended stay hotel brand offering spacious suites that feature full-size kitchens, in-room workstations, and closets designed by The Container Store®. The hotel will also include amenities such as a fitness center, pool, and business center.

HC Architecture crafted the design for the hotel. Work on the project is expected to be complete in February 2020.
