Project makes sizable addition to Frampton’s automotive industry portfolio
Charleston, S.C. Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, construction services, and sustainability services throughout the Carolinas, has broken ground on a new project for developer Agracel, Inc., for a 46,028-square foot manufacturing facility with a 5,000-square foot office to be occupied by Teknoware. The Finland-based manufacturing firm manufactures and supplies interior lighting systems for commercial vehicles, as well as emergency lighting systems for public premises and ships.
Construction on the facility, which is located in the Atlantic Center in Conway, S.C., started in November. The project is expected to be complete by May of 2018.
