Napo News Online: Trinity Capital Advisors Breaks Ground on Spec Warehouse

Trinity Capital Advisors has damaged floor at its Tradepark East venture in Ladson, S.C. The developer will add 4 buildings totaling 850,000 sq. toes of speculative and build-to-suit Class A industrial area. A JLL staff will deal with leasing for the venture.
