Charleston, S.C. – Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, has added Paula Shawber as project coordinator and Charles Bowman as project engineer. Both will work out of the company’s Charleston, S.C., office.
Shawber, who holds 10 years of experience in the construction industry, joins the team as project coordinator. In this role, she will provide general assistance to the project management team. Shawber relocated to Charleston from Atlanta, Ga., where she was a member of the Atlanta chapters of the National Association of Women in Construction and the Society of Design Administration.
Bowman comes on board as project engineer after serving as an intern for Frampton in 2017 and 2018. In his role as project engineer, he will assist the project management and field supervision teams with daily activities, attend and document project meetings, and prepare weekly project update reports. Bowman attended Mississippi State University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Science.
