Charleston Regional Business Journal: Work begins on 2 million-square-foot industrial park in Spartanburg
Frampton Construction Company LLC has broken ground on the first phase of Mid85 industrial park in Spartanburg. Phase one consists of two speculative warehouse facilities totaling 1,195,342 square feet, according to a news release from Frampton Construction.
The park in Spartanburg offers tenants proximity to Inland Port Greer, Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport and an interstate interchange. (Rendering/McMillan Pazdan Smith)
