Charleston, S.C. – Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, construction services, and sustainability services throughout the Carolinas, started a new project October 17, breaking ground with Cardinal Ventures for an assisted living and memory care facility, this time in Indian Land, S.C. This is the company’s third Blake project in South Carolina.
The newest senior living facility, the Blake at Edgewater, is an 88,000 square foot building, 100-unit assisted living facility located in Indian Land, S.C., just east of Rock Hill. Featuring a blend of retirement and hospitality amenities, the Blake serves as the front-gate anchor for the master planned community of Edgewater, where it sits on 3.5-acres within the 2,300-acre site. The project is slated for completion by October 2017.
