Frampton Construction has wrapped up work on a four-building Class A industrial complex in Charleston, S.C., at an 837,000-sq-ft industrial park developed by Trinity Capital Advisors on Weber Boulevard in North Charleston’s rapidly growing Palmetto Commerce Park. The site offers convenient port and interstate access. Frampton completed sitework for the 78-acre park and the core construction of four buildings using concrete tilt-wall construction. The buildings varied in size from 145,6000 sq ft to 342,160 sq ft.
