Frampton Construction adds Scott Serpas to Charleston office and promotes Phillip Marino

Frampton Construction builds Charleston team with a new hire and promotion

Charleston, S.C. – Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional
full-service construction firm providing planning and design support,
preconstruction, construction services, and sustainability services
throughout the Carolinas, has added Scott Serpas as superintendent in the
Charleston office. Phillip Marino has been promoted to preconstruction
manager.

In his role as superintendent, Serpas will provide on-site supervision for
construction projects and make sure that construction jobs are completed in
a safe manner. Serpas joins Frampton Construction with over 16 years of
experience in the construction industry, having served as both a project
manager and superintendent at Atrium Builders Inc. Serpas, who holds an
associate degree from Trident Technical College in business administration,
also attended Francis Marion University.  A native of Camden, S.C., he
currently resides in Bonneau, S.C.

As preconstruction manager, Marino’s role at Frampton Construction has
expanded. He previously served as assistant preconstruction manager for the
company. Prior to joining Frampton Construction, Marino, who has been in the
commercial roofing industry since 2010, served as an estimator and project
manager for Baker Roofing. Marino holds a bachelor’s degree in civil
engineering from The Citadel. A native of Charleston, S.C., Marino lives in
Moncks Corner.
