Frampton Construction completes senior living facility
Charleston, S.C. – Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, construction services, and sustainability services throughout the Carolinas, has completed the Blake at Woodcreek Farms, an assisted living and memory care facility in Elgin, S.C.
The Blake at Woodcreek Farms is an 88,000 square foot building, 100-unit assisted living facility located just 20 miles northeast of Columbia, S.C. The Blake, which is a front-gate anchor for the master planned community of Woodcreek Farms, sits on a 3.5-acre site within the 2,300-acre community. Construction on the project, which began in October 2015, was completed on January 15, 2017.

The Blake at Woodcreek Farms is the first of three sister facilities to be completed by Frampton Construction in South Carolina. Construction is currently underway on the Blake at Edgewater, located in Indian Land, S.C., just east of Rock Hill, and the Blake at Carnes Crossroads, located just outside of Charleston, S.C.
