Frampton Construction promotes three
Charleston, S.C. — Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, has named Alex Milford, Charles Bowman, and Parker Hinson to new positions.
Milford, who joined Frampton Construction in 2017 as a project engineer, has been promoted to project manager. Milford holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Clemson University. Originally from Jackson, New Hampshire, Milford currently lives in Mount Pleasant.
Bowman has been named assistant project manager. He came on board as a project engineer in 2019 after serving as an intern for Frampton in both 2017 and 2018. Bowman holds a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Science from Mississippi State University. He works out of the company’s Charleston office and lives in North Charleston.
Parker Hinson, who joined the team’s Charlotte office as project engineer in 2019, has been named assistant superintendent. He is a native of Rock Hill, S.C., where he currently resides.
