Frampton Construction selected as third among “Best Places to Work in South Carolina”
Charleston, S.C. — Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, has made the 2022 list of “Best Places to Work in South Carolina.” Frampton ranked number three on this year’s list of medium-sized companies with between 50 and 249 employees. This is Frampton’s third time making the list, now in its 17th consecutive year. In total, 119 companies were honored.
The companies were chosen in partnership by the publishers of SC Biz News and the Best Companies Group, and the rankings were revealed at a ceremony held on August 18 at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.

Participating companies from across the state were surveyed by Best Companies Group, an independent research company. The two-part survey process included an employer questionnaire about policies and procedures, among other information, as well as an employee survey with eight focus areas, including work environment, pay and benefits, leadership and planning, and overall engagement. Overall rankings reflect a combination of the questionnaire and the survey data.
Companies were broken down in small (15-49 employees), medium (50-249), and large (250 and above) employer categories. The full list of rankings will be published in the August issue of SC Biz Magazine.
