Frampton Construction secures contract with Cardinal Ventures to build new senior living facility
Charleston, S.C. – Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional
full-service construction firm providing planning and design support,
preconstruction, construction services, and sustainability services
throughout the Carolinas, recently secured a contract for a new assisted
living and memory care facility with Cardinal Ventures, a senior living
developer based in Ridgeland, Mississippi.
The Blake at Woodcreek Farms, located in Elgin, a suburb of northeast
Columbia, is a two level 100 unit Class A retirement center featuring a
commercial kitchen and dining room, a physical and occupational therapy
center, salon and massage services, and multiple recreational areas. Through
this development, The Blake, which has other locations in Alabama, Florida,
Louisiana, and Mississippi, now brings its “southern sensibilities and
compassionate care” facility concept to South Carolina.
Frampton Construction signed a contract with Cardinal Ventures in August of
2015 and broke ground in September. The Blake at Woodcreek Farms is expected
to open in the fall of 2016.
