Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, and construction services, has finished work on a 1,019,200-square-foot industrial building located within the Charleston Trade Center in Summerville, S.C. The Keith Corporation, a privately held, full-service developer and owner of industrial, warehouse, and other commercial properties, developed the project in a joint venture with Singerman Real Estate, a real estate investment firm based in Chicago, Ill.
