Moultrie News: Construction Hires
Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, reconstruction, construction services, and sustainability services throughout the Carolinas, continues to add to the head count as they bring on Justin Lee as assistant superintendent and Tim Blombach as project manager.
In his role as assistant superintendent, Lee provides assistance to superintendents and other superiors. He also renews plans and project budgets and evaluates project sites daily for labor, materials, and equipment. Prior to joining the Frampton team, Lee served as owner of Maxwell Builders and prior to that as superintendent at Southern Specialties. Lee graduated from Charleston Southern University with an associate degree and holds a South Carolina Builders license. A native of Charleston, S.C., he currently resides in Summerville.
Blombach, as project manager, manages the construction process to meet the overall goals of clients. He oversees projects from pre-construction through construction, focusing on budget, scheduling, safety, and quality. Prior to joining Frampton Construction, Blombach worked with Gilbane Building Company as project manager. He graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in building construction management. Originally from Fort Wayne, Ind., Blombach resides in Summerville.
