Post and Courier: Local construction company assists with new Booz Hamilton office in Charleston area

Frampton Construction Co., LLC, joined up with a project developer and architect to renovate and expand a global management and technology firm’s Charleston center.
The project spanned 75,000 square feet and included a 34,500-square-foot office addition, 8,000-square-foot connector, a 34,500-square-foot revamp to the existing building and close to 450 parking spaces, Frampton Construction points out.
Complicating the development was a “non-construction related fire” in an existing building in July 2016. “This building was deemed a total loss, and Frampton Construction started on the rebuild as work continued on the expansion,” the company says.
Effingham, Illinois-based Agracel Inc. developed the office, while McMillan Pazdan Smith was its architectural firm.
