Post and Courier: New North Charleston senior-living facility to open in April
By Warren Wise
An excerpt from the Post and Courier:
In another senior-living development project, Charleston-based Frampton Construction Co. recently completed an assisted-living and memory care facility near Columbia called Blake at Woodcreek Farms and is building two others in Goose Creek and near Rock Hill.
The 100-unit, 88,000-square-foot Midlands facility sits on 3.5 acres as the front-gate anchor to the master-planned, 2,300-acre Woodcreek Farms in Elgin.
The development is one of three sister facilities Frampton is building in South Carolina. The others are Blake at Carnes Crossroads in Goose Creek and Blake at Edgewater in Indian Land. The Goose Creek site should be open by mid-summer.
The facilities are being developed through a partnership of Cardinal Ventures of Mississippi and its management company, Blake Management Group of Virginia.
