Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, construction services, and sustainability services throughout the Carolinas, has finished construction of The Blake at Carnes Crossroads, a 100-unit senior living facility in Summerville. The 84,000-square foot building, which sits on a 3.7-acre site, is the front gate anchor for the Carnes Crossroads community. Construction on the project began on March 31, 2016. To bring this facility to the state, Frampton Construction joined with Cardinal Ventures, a senior living developer based in Ridgeland, Mississippi.
