Jarrard, Nowell & Russell LLC, a certified public accounting and business advisory firm, has hired Donya C. Hardee as bookkeeper. Hardee has previous experience as a bookkeeper with Kelly Dukes Inc., located in Savannah, Ga. and O.L. Thompson Companies in Charleston. She has also worked as an administrative assistant at Palmetto Summerville Behavioral Health, where she was named a patient advocate.
