Jarrard, Nowell & Russell LLC has promoted Ellen Makhenzon from senior accountant to manager. Makhenzon is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting and finance from the University of Michigan, where she also minored in economics. Prior to joining Jarrard, Nowell & Russell, Makhenzon volunteered as a tax preparer for low-income residents.
