Jarrard, Nowell & Russell LLC, a certified public accounting and business advisory firm, has added Susan P. Gilliam as bookkeeper. Gilliam, who previously served as assistant director at Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Learning Center, holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Arts in Teaching from the College of Charleston.
