Jarrard, Nowell & Russell Names Derrick Apple as Audit Manager

Charleston, S.C. – Jarrard, Nowell & Russell, LLC, a Charleston-based
accounting and business advisory firm, has promoted Derrick Apple to audit
manager.

Apple, a certified public accountant (CPA), previously served as a senior
accountant at the firm. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from
Charleston Southern University, where he graduated with honors, and a
master’s degree in accounting from the College of Charleston. Apple is a
member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and
the South Carolina Association of Public Accountants. Additionally, he
served as a marketing committee member for the S.C. Captive Insurance
Association and as a member of the 2015 eFileCabinet Professional Advisory
Board. He currently resides in Mt. Pleasant with his wife, Claire, and their
young daughter.
