Post and Courier: Charleston’s IAAM meets the public for the first time

The International African American Museum made a grand public entrance June 27, selling out tickets in advance for its first week-and-a-half while making an impression on its inaugural group of patrons.
When the doors opened to the public for the first time at 10 a.m., the line stretched from the entrance staircase to across the reflection pond.
