Carolina Orthopaedics holds ribbon cutting and celebration for new Carolina Forest location
Carolina Orthopaedics celebrates opening of new clinic with ribbon cutting event
Murrells Inlet, S.C. — Carolina Orthopaedics, providing comprehensive orthopaedic services and care to the Grand Strand community, will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony and reception to mark the opening of its new clinic in Carolina Forest on Thursday, July 14, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Dr. Michael Bohan will speak on behalf of Carolina Orthopaedics and Shannon Furtick of the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce will preside on behalf of the Chamber. Other city and chamber officials are expected to attend, including several Chamber ambassadors. The physicians at Carolina Orthopaedics will participate in the ribbon cutting, set for 5:15 p.m., along with Lance Owens and Jeremy Skoog, two representatives from ATI Physical Therapy.
Bohan commented, “This new clinic underscores our commitment to providing the larger Grand Strand area with high quality, accessible and affordable care. We are excited to open in this new, thriving area and look forward to supporting the community there too.”
Located at 185 Fresh Drive, Suite B, in the Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach, S.C., the 3,500 square foot clinic features six treatment rooms and an x-ray department. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Fridays. In the new location, Carolina Orthopaedics is adjacent to Strand Urgent Care of Carolina Forest and ATI Physical Therapy to better serve its patients.
The team at Carolina Orthopaedics includes Dr. Michael Bohan for hip and knee; Dr. Edward Mikol for shoulder, knee, hip, and sports medicine; Dr. Christopher Crosby for foot and ankle; Dr. Stephen Parker for pain management; Dr. Brian Blair for shoulder, knee, hip, and sports medicine; Dr. Andrew Putman for hand, wrist and elbow; and Dr. Todd Cook for neck and spine.
