Joanne Kaczmarek joins Carolina Orthopaedics as human resource director
Murrells Inlet, S.C. — Carolina Orthopaedics, providing comprehensive orthopaedic services and care to the Grand Strand community, has added Joanne Kaczmarek as human resource director.
Kaczmarek, with over 20 years of experience in human resources, will manage staffing and recruitment, compensation, payroll, benefits, compliance, training, and employee relations for the staff of over 50 employees at three Carolina Orthopaedics locations. She previously worked as a human resources manager for Worldwide Dispensers in Lester Prairie, Minn., and as a human resources manager for DPMS Firearms in St. Cloud, Minn. Kaczmarek earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southwest Minnesota State University and holds Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification. A native of Cokato, Minn., Kaczmarek currently resides in Myrtle Beach.
