Post and Courier: NC jeweler that’s expanding to Charleston area sold to Blackstone
A North Carolina jewelry importer and retailer that is opening a Mount Pleasant store in early December has been sold to a Wall Street private equity powerhouse.
Terms of the sale of Charlotte-based Diamonds Direct to Blackstone Tactical Opportunities funds were not disclosed. The deal, which was finalized earlier this month, was announced Monday.
