Russell Named Chair of Summerville Chamber
Charleston, S.C. – William A. Russell III, principal of Jarrard, Nowell & Russell, LLC, a Charleston-based accounting and business advisory firm, has been named chair of the Greater Summerville / Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Russell, who previously served as chair-elect of the chamber, took over the role January 1.
A certified public accountant, Russell has over 20 years of experience in accounting and corporate financial management, having held management positions with Cameron & Barkley Company, Hagemeyer International and Marsh & McLennan. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA).
Founded in 1922, the Greater Summerville Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce works to advance the commercial, industrial and civic interests of the Town of Summerville and its trade area.
