Charleston, S.C. – William A. Russell III, principal of Jarrard, Nowell & Russell, LLC, a Charleston-based accounting and business advisory firm, has been named treasurer of Lowcountry Local First’s board of directors. He is also a member of the new executive committee.
A certified public accountant, Russell has over 20 years of experience in accounting and corporate financial management, having held management positions with Cameron & Barkley Company, Hagemeyer International, and Marsh & McLennan. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA).
